Schoon (latinisiert Schonaeus), Kornelis van, neulat. Dichter, geb. 1541 in Gouda, gest. 28. Nov. 1611 als Rektor der Schule in Haarlem; schrieb: »Tobaeus comoedia« (Antwerp. 1580, Straßb. 1583), »Terentius Christianus sive Comoediae sacrae« (Köln 1592, 1652; zuletzt Frankf. 1712), »Elegias et epigrammata«, eine »Grammatica latina« u. a.
