Nascitūrus (lat.), ein noch im Mutterleibe befindliches Wesen, dessen Geburt man entgegensieht; über die rechtlichen Verhältnisse s. Leibesfrucht. N. pro jam nato habetur (lat.), Rechtssprichwort des Inhalts, daß die Frucht im Mutterleibe zu ihrem Vorteil in manchen Fällen so angesehen wird, als ob sie schon im Zeitpunkt ihrer Erzeugung geboren wäre.
