Integrāl (lat.), ein Ganzes ausmachend, für sich bestehend (s. Integralrechnung); Integralen, die 21/2 proz. Schuldtitel der holländischen Staatsschuld. In den Niederlanden wurde 1814 die auf ein Drittel reduzierte Schuld wieder in ihrem vollen Betrag hergestellt, hiermit jedoch zugleich eine neue Anleihe in Verbindung gesetzt mit der Bedingung, daß zwei Drittel der damaligen Schuld für jetzt noch unverzinslich sein (die sogen. ausgestellte oder tote Schuld, dette différée) und hiervon jährlich ein Teil in die verzinsliche oder aktive Schuld einrücken sollte, sowie von dieser eine gleiche Summe getilgt würde. Die Obligationen der damals gebildeten, sogen. wirklichen Schuld heißen Integralen. Für die ausgestellte Schuld wurden zweierlei Papiere ausgegeben, Zertifikate und Losbillette (Kansbillet, Kanzen), in denen das Verlosen der zum Zinsgenuß gelangenden Nummern erfolgte. – Integrale Staatsschuld, soviel wie fundierte Staatsschuld.
