Chlorophŏra Gaudich., Gattung der Morazeen, Bäume mit abwechselnden, ganzrandigen oder gezahnten Blättern und kugeligen oder länglichen Scheinfrüchten. Von den zwei Arten liefert C. tinctoria Gaudich. (Maclura tinctoria Don., Futeiba, Fustete), ein Baum mit grauer Rinde und schwefelgelbem Holz im tropischen Amerika, das Gelbholz (gelbes Brasilholz), C. excelsa Benth. et Hook., im tropischen Afrika, das Odumholz, ein vortreffliches, dunkelgelbes bis hellgraues Bau- und Tischlerholz, das den Angriffen der Ameisen widersteht.
