Commodātum

Commodātum (lat.), eine Sache, die jemand unentgeltlich zum Gebrauch überlassen wird mit der Verpflichtung, sie nach gemachtem Gebrauch dem Überlasser zurückzugeben, Leihe (s.d.). Der Verleiher der Sache heißt Commodans, Commodator, der Empfänger Commodatarius.
