Teggiāno (spr. teddschāno, früher Diāno, das alte Tegianum), Stadt in der ital. Provinz Salerno, Kreis Sala Consilina, 637 m ü. M., auf einem isolierten Hügel im Dianotal, nahe dem linken Ufer des Tanagro, an der Eisenbahn Sielguano-Lagonegro (Station Sassano-T.), Bischofssitz, hat eine antike Brücke, eine Kathedrale (13. Jahrh.) mit gotischem Grabmal des Grafen San Severino (1336), ein Kastell, Seminar und (1901) 3841 Einw.
