Pall Mall Gazette

Pall Mall Gazette (spr. gäsétt), Titel einer in London erscheinenden Zeitung, die 1865 als liberales Blatt gegründet wurde, seit 1877 aber, vornehmlich unter der Leitung von W. T. Stead, eine radikale Richtung einschlug und sich durch Sensationsartikel bekannt machte. 1892 ging sie in andern Besitz über und vertritt jetzt eine gemäßigt konservative Politik. Herausgeber ist seit 1896 Sir Douglas Straight.
